As a mom, my daughter’s health is everything to me. I do my best to nourish her with whole foods, daily movement, and a lot of love, but I also lean on a few supplements to help her thrive. These are carefully chosen products I trust and give her regularly to support her immune system, brain, gut, and overall development.
Here’s what’s in her daily lineup:
1. CYMBIOTIKA Glutathione
Known as the body’s “master antioxidant,” this helps support her immune system, gut and brain health, and cellular repair. I love that it comes in a liposomal formula and absorbs into the body more effectively.
2. MaryRuth’s Vitamin D3 + K2
This combo is essential for strong bones and teeth, and it helps regulate mood, immunity, and muscle function. I’ve seen a noticeable boost in her energy and resilience.
3. Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver (Powdered Capsules)
Beef liver is basically nature’s multivitamin, rich in iron, B vitamins, trace minerals, and choline. I take 6 capsules myself and give her 2 each day (she actually loves them!). It also supports detoxification and healthy development.
4. PaleoValley Chocolate Bone Broth
This is our favorite cozy treat. Just add hot water and you have a delicious, rich hot chocolate packed with collagen for skin, hair, nails, and gut support. It’s an easy win on busy days to get some protein. You can also have it cold and make it a delicious iced chocolate latte (add a splash of your choice of milk).
5. AMRA Colostrum
A powerhouse for immune and gut health. Colostrum is loaded with antibodies and nutrients that help support her growing body! It is also great for hair, skin, and nail growth.
6. Hiya Kids Daily Multivitamin – Disney Princesses
Like a lot of 3 year old girls, my daughter loves princesses and purple. Hiya’s multivitamin come in the cutest reusable princess container and has so much of what she need to support her development. It has 15+ essential vitamins and minerals and no gross fillers like a lot of other brands out there have.
You also get 50% of your first order at Hiya! https://hiyahealth.com/JORDANPAGE
A Quick Note
I’m not a doctor, just a mom sharing what works for us. Always check with your pediatrician before adding new supplements to your child’s routine.
